This aircraft oil filter cutter quickly opens any size oil filter canisters for inspection. Simply place the filter in a vise, attach the tool to the top, and rotate about 4-6 turns to cleanly cut open the canister. It's made of high quality 6061 aluminum with an attractive blue anodized finish. The cutting wheel stays sharp for up to 45 applications and can easily be replaced when it becomes dull.
